I, too, have had this exact same issue. Signed a renewal contract, which includes Netflix Premium as part of the add-ons; but received a message yesterday to say 'Welcome to Netflix Standard'. Given that I have a contract written in plain English to say that Netflix Premium is part of the contract; I would expect it to be included - correct? Anybody happy to contact from the team to resolve? Live chat/WhatsApp didn't seem to respond today.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, we are sorry to see there is a dispute around the Netflix tier on the contract and what you have received, we are aware of an issue with this, in order to upgrade this and not be charged anything, please log into your Online Account and change it in the Netflix icon on there.
