I've seen this isn't a new issue and many have been caught out..
I have renewed my package with netflix premium stipulated to continue. The netflix account however has been downgraded to standard with adverts however.
When I phoned retentions they advised I just needed to change the plan myself on the netflix app and I wouldn't be charged for this.. I'm not confident with that course of action considering the below screenshot...
Is anyone able to assist rectifying the issue before I cancel the renewal?
