My parents who are both in their 80s have a VIRGIN tv bundle - since they were given a new VIRGIN TV box, 3 months ago, their NETFLIX has not worked (only for 1 week)
I have phoned the 150 helpline on 10 occasions and every time, they say that they will fix the problem, but it is still not working.
An engineer has been to the house to try and fix the problem but still no joy.
The problem is that my parents, do not own a smartphone or have access to an email address so resending the link would be a waste of time
Any help would be appreciated
