Incorrect billing amount

Hi All

I have just received my latest bill which is incorrect. 

I negotiated a new contract on 15/4/23 and was paying £33, i was offered a new deal and got the contract via email stating the following: 

 

Your new package now includes:

No new services have been added

We've removed:

No services have been removed

Here's how your changes take effect:

Service changes were made to your account on 1st May 2023

These changes will take effect* from 1st May 2023

Your next bill will be £33.00 and will be created as normal on 21st April 2023

The following bill will be £25.16 and include all credits and adjustments based on when the changes took effect, this is due 23rd May 2023

Your new monthly bundle cost thereafter is: £28.20.

 

My april bill was indeed £33 was correct but the recent May bill i received today was £34.96 when it should have been £25.16 as stated and the it should be £28.20 for the remaining of the contract

Can someone please look into this?

The account i am logged into now is different to the one mentioned as i have virgin media at 2 properties but can provide any verification if needed via pm

Sorry to hear of the billing confusion since agreeing the package, we appreciate you raising this via the forums.

 

Have you been able to view the bill and its breakdown here? There is help here in regards to the bills here.

Hi - I am having the same issue as previous poster. My package was changed on 28/2/23 and my new monthly payment should be £49 until 27/3/2024 (13months) but my latest bill is £69?

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. 

Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner. If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
