How do I cancel two On Demand charges?

Hi Megan, how do I cancel two On Demand charges? I live in a shared house & am the account holder. Two OD charges were included in this month's bill. I would like to ensure these are not repeated. Is there a number I can call? Thank you.

Hi @KC51 thanks for posting and welcome to our community.

When you say cancel, do you mean have the charges removed? Or do you just mean stop the capability for others to order them moving forwards?  If so you can change your PIN and ensure the PIN is required to make purchases.  You can find out more about this, here.  As you've reached out to us, I would like to take a look on your behalf.
