Hi, we have been asked to return exactly the same equipment but don’t have the Cisco TiVo box either, we had it years and years ago and it may have even been taken away when an engineer visited.

We obviously don’t want to be charged for something we don’t have, leaving Virgin has already been an absolute nightmare and I’d hoped that we’d finally reached the end.

I've sent you a private message explaining about the TiVo box not needing to be sent back.

It's all in hand here and there is nothing to worry about at all.

Sorry to hear you're being asked to return equipment that has been taken away already.

We will be able to help from here.

It's just a matter of passing security first to allow us account access.

If you can check the envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
