I have been charged £25 for engineer call out. I have had 4 engineers for the same problem over the last year and still not completely fixed the issue. I have been told and have proof that the call out charges would be waived and yet they're still on my bill. Every time I speak to someone, (always someone new) they promise to sort it out and they don't. I have raised a complaint which no one seems to answer, is there a number I can phone to get this resolved. Thank you
