Dismey+ three months free

Hi, 

I purchased virgin broadband and as part of this I was told I would get three months free Disney+. I have recieved the following email from Virgin:

"Still want to subscribe to Disney+ [tier name] and pay for it through your Virgin Media bill – for less? Here’s how.

Getting your discount

You’ll enjoy an exclusive 100 discount on Disney+ , making its new monthly price 0.0000000000000000
To get this discount, you’ll need to set up your Disney+ account within 14 days of signing up
Your discount will last 3 months
We’ll email you 30 days before your discount ends, letting you know the price your subscription will automatically renew at – or you’ll have the option to cancel
Setting up your Disney+ account

  • To get set up and start streaming, head over to your My Virgin Media account. Then, select Activate Disney+ and follow the on-screen steps."

I cannot find the page in My Virgin Media account area where I can activate the offer. Please can you help resolve this before the 14 days is up. 

  • I think VM could at least have taken the price to 17 decimal points in these emails.

    We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with activating your Disney+ offer. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

    I've sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you're using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you're on a mobile/tablet device then instead, click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
