Hi,
Firstly apogies if this is in a inappropriate board. I just used the automatic renewal online for my contract as it expires in January. It offered me a price for exactly the same products/contracts and literally says nothing with change. The offer says you will not lose anything and you're plan will stay the same. My pre contracts looked fine but a few days later and today I've had an email saying they've removed Netflix standard and replaced it with Netflix with ads... This isn't an identical contract now? I don't want ads! Please help

I'm also having the same issue and I have tried reaching out via web chat and telephone but just not getting resolved at all. I will end up cancelling as I have been misled at every stage.
