Cancellation fee payment taken

I have just checked my bank and seen a payment of £218 has been taken by virgin for an early cancellation payment. I recently moved home and had to provide proof of new address as they do not provide the service in the new property. This was confirmed and the early cancellation fee would be ignored and no payment would be taken but has been taken anyway. 

What would be the best number to call as I am being passed about to different departments and getting really annoyed. Any help would be greatly appreciated
