Can't track my delivery

Hi

I signed up for a broadband/TV self installation package 4 days ago and received my confirmation email immediately with an order number. I still haven't received a date for delivery of my box etc. and when I try to track it I have to set up an account. I have tried this both online and via the app but they both ask for my account number, which I don't have yet. How can I confirm the status of my equipment?
