Hi,
I have just moved house (28 June) and had to give an address to move the Broadband services to once I left the old property, so I gave my temporary address with the idea to supply the final address once sorted, with the install not due till 28th August.
I now require the services to go to my actual final address, but am having difficulty getting this across via the call centre. This property is fully wired for Virgin services and was active back in March, So I can do a self install, the equipment is already at the property.
Is there an address I can email for this as it is easier to follow when the details are written out
Any thoughts/Suggestions?
