Accidentally activated netflix with wrong account

Hi

i accidentally created a new Netflix account on my virgin box instead of using my current Netflix account is there way to change which account I’m using without being billed twice?

Hi masterwazza,

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you've set up an additional Netflix account via the box rather than signing into your current Netflix account, if this is showing on your account you can cancel this via your Online Account, this would then be removed the following month, you can then sign in with the account you wish to use.

And where in my online account would I do that? As there isn’t a option to remove a Netflix account

In your Online Account if this has been set up to be paid Via your Virgin Media there will be an option to manage your Netflix account, if you have selected Via a Debit/ credit card this would need to be cancelled Via Netflix, you can log in on their website using the email and password you used to set it up, you then log in and manage the account and select cancel.

Yeah can’t find the option anywhere 

Sorry, to confirm this would be on Netflix website not your VM account.

Your VM options wouldn't pop up as right now there isn't an account to do this with.
