My home phone has stopped working several weeks ago.
I have a DECT phone connected to the hub which has always worked fine but has now stopped (worked after VoIP switchover last year).
I get no dial tone at all. People calling us do get a ringing tone but nothing at this end.
I have tried my phone on someone else's BT line and it works ok. I have tried an old corded phone plugged, same problem.
I have rebooted the hub and have also downloaded the config from the hub, factory rest and reloaded the config.
None of this has worked - any ideas?
