Landline issues

I have no dial tone on my landline. I am also due to switch my phone service to the fibre network on 27th March but as yet have not received an adaptor.

Could you please expedite both matters.

I posted this already but didn't select a board so I'm doing so again to ensure this is seen.

My landline is not working .There is no dial tone and I cannot make or receive calls.

My phone service is due to switch to the fibre network on 27th March but as yet I have not received an adaptor.

Could you please help with both matters.

I'm so sorry to hear that you're experiencing some problems with your landline service recently. I've checked over things on our systems, and I'm unable to detect any faults currently.

As such, what I'm going to do is send you a private message shortly so that we can take a closer look over things. Please respond to this when you can and we'll proceed from there.
