Just received email from Virgin about landline change in the near future no exact date as yet Already I’m stressing !! At age 72 I find anything technical worrying Is it possible to have a technician come and do this for me when the time comes

Please don't stress about the landline switch over. We'll happy to arrange an engineer to attend and swap this over for you.
What we need to do first is send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
