Landline additional call charges with weekend chatter

I have just received my bill and there is a charge for a call to a mobile on a Sunday, I have weekend chat on my plan, why would there be an additional charge, it is also to a previous virgin mobile number (which used to be free anyway) now o2?

In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

Out of interest, what mobile prefix does this call charge relate to?

You have been charged because they are not included in your package.

Weekend Chatter only includes calls to landlines (01, 02 & 03 numbers). To include mobile numbers you have to upgrade to Evening & Weekend Chatter.
