Home phone not working

All services to broadband, home phone, tv, went down, services were repaired but home phone not working,

need this for medical reasons.

Very sorry to hear you've had some issues with the service, I've had a look at things from our side and it does look like there are still some ongoing problems.

Our engineers are aware of it, and are working to resolve things as quickly as possible. 

At the moment there is not an updated fix date/ time.

All the virgin phones in my area went down engineers have been to some of them and repaired.could you arrange for one to come and repair mine.

You were affected by an area fault which is now fixed.

Have you got a dial tone or anything on your handset?

I have dial tone but phone connection dead
