Forum Discussion
Since our recent transfer of phone and broadband to Virgin from BT we have received a large number of calls which don't ring but which show in the call log as "No number" . The time for each call always ends in a 4 i.e. 8.04; 10.24 and so on.
I can see from the forum that I am not alone in this and would be grateful if someone can provide a solution.
Thanks for the reply OLAcomb on the forums page. 🙂
May I ask what handset make and model your home phone is?
We have noticed a trend with the Hub 5 and some other devices due to power levels which are causing no number calls.
Let us know.
Kind regards,
Ilyas.

Thanks for the reply radaress on the forums. 😇
May I ask if you're able to check another handset by any chance that isn't a BT handset?
Let us know how it goes.
Kind regards,

The only other phone I have is a very old corded phone and that's a BT phone as well! If you have any advice as to whether this problem would be solved with another make of phone I'd love the advice.
