I appreciate the fact that the internet connection may not be as fast at peak hours but this is unusable. I pay for 400mb but I am getting 30mb? Surely this is beyond acceptable limits and I would appreciate some assistance.
I have weeks of proof via thinkbroadband and the issue is only getting worse.
As shown below some days are much worse than others, but the trend is heading towards even worse connection.
Yes i have reset the router several times and yes I have tried both Wifi and Ethernet.

Hello BranBlew
Sorry to hear of the broadband connection issues and the frustration this is causing. We appreciate you taking the time to raise this with us via the forums and welcome to the community.
From checking the connection we can see the average speeds to the Hub are showing as 383Mbps download and 36Mbps upload. There has been one disconnection in the last 7 days which was earlier today, there are some errors showing which are high for the amount of time the Hub has been up for.
I will send you a Private Message, please keep an eye out in the top right when signed into the forums for the envelope. This is where you will be able to find my Private Message and be able to respond.
