Hub3 - Latency Issues

Am seeing regular though erratic ping latency spikes above 250ms.  As a long time customer the service has largely been great, so what has been happening these last few weeks/months?  Am on 500M package with a Hub3.  Just signed up for BQM and here's what I have so far...

Pretty much unusable for online gaming now... hope there is a fix out there unless it's local to me?  I'll post other stats from router in follow up post.

Upstream is possibly a tad low on the power, but the rest look fine.  The BQM has not been running long enough for a full day's check. However it's a bit iffy looking for that short period.  A longer BQM time period would show more.

I've had a look at things from our side and everything looks to be within the specifications we would expect 🙂

how has the connection been since you posted?
