i'm locked out of email, tried changing my password, have already got a secondary email as the one i sign in under. just going round in circles following the online links, absolutely awful user experience. how do i unlock it???

I'm so sorry to hear about the issues in relation to the email. 😢 Have you tried signing in to your My Virgin Media account to see if you're able to reset the password and re-gain access?
