Can someone tell me how I can go about either recovering my email or changing my password for my main email address please?

Thanks.

Each email address now has its own My VM account

Sign into the account here: https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media using the email address concerned and the current password. Once logged in click on Account Settings then Account details. You should now see the options to change password etc.

If that isn't available try https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/forgotten-details/password

If no security answers have been set for the email address concerned then you will need to call in for support and select technical issues> email

During this process you may be asked to change the username for the email address concerned to a non virgin media email address as part of VM's security changes.  You can read about it here:

This doesn't allow me to reset my virgin media password.  All its done its change the logon password to my google mail account which is unhelpful as I want to be able to access my ntlworld email in my outlook hence why I need the password.  What's weird is that my PC accepts a password I have but my phone doesn't accept the same password.
