Hi there. Just last night my blueyonder email account no longer updating. I still have a virgin media account and it is showing when I go into my email settings as “the entered credential or authentication information does not work or are no longer accepted”
nightmare again I imagine, please can anyone help. I’ve spent 4 hours updating all my emails in my apps but still have lots to update like insurances etc. much appreciated

Hi. I posted last week in regards to my Blueyonder email no longer lived in and not able to reset my password. I do have a a vm account and can see the Blueyonder account in there but it isn't giving me the option to reset the password. I had a reply from a vm person on the thread here saying they would message me but the was last week and I haven't received a message. Wondering if there's an vm team here who could help me. Tia
