I'm struggling to set up my wife's email account on her Samsung S23 phone.
The issue is complicated because she needed to reset her email password for her Blueyonder email account and this necessitated the need to use a new 3rd party email address (not sure why but there you go).
After resetting the password I needed to set up the Samsung email app on her new S23 phone. I have tried using the new password with her original Blueyonder email address but it keeps saying the details are incorrect.
Anyone got any advice on how I continue?

Eventually solved with the assistance of a paid for Virgin Media assistance support.
It seems with the 3rd party email you can no longer use your VM email password when setting up email on mobile devices and the like. You have to generate a new "app" password which can be done via the My Virgin Media website for your account.
It cost me £9.99 to solve the problem but at least I have a wife who is happy.
