Locked Out of email

I have today been locked out of my email account. It was an absolute joke trying to get signed in again. Can virgin make this a lot easier to resolve instead of the convoluted method they currently use. It took me about 1 hour to resolve this. Surely this can be made easier???????

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue and thank you so much again for posting. We understand the reset process for email can be frustrating but we can assure you this is the best way to reset the email. 

We can advise that in order to avoid this in the future performing a full virus scan and all devices and ensuring the password has been rest to something completely unique and unused can stop the issue from repeating.
