I cant seem to get into my virgin webmail. Ive had an email to my Apple mail saying my mailbox is 95% full. I presume I need to get into my virgin account to delete them, presumably my Apple email won't do this.?
Ive logged in to my Virgin media account but when I click the virgin webmail all I get is Forbidden.
Ive got as far as registering a different e mail, a gmail, but im a bit lost.
Any help would be gratefully received.

The Forbidden error message can display when there has been an issue authenticating your email details, between your device and our servers.
Have you attempted a password reset?

Hi Ayisha, ive had more news on this. Ive had an email from Virgin saying my email account is going to close in 30 days. Im not sure the best way of doing this is. Presume be a good idea to save my emails. I also presume I cant enable a forwarding option from the virgin email account to my gmail account. So will have to email people with the new address. Any ideas.

Ayisha, it would be good to get into my virgin account. I have reset the email address to get me into my account but it doesn't allow me into my virgin media

And when I go into myvirginmedia it doesn't accept my password so I try and change it and the screen just goes non responsive saying request in process

Was also thinking of going VM BB as our current deal with Talk Talk is over and would that mean I could keep my virgin email address.? Thanks Ayisha

Thanks for coming back to the community.
If you don't have an existing account with us (Broadband/TV/Home Phone), then this will be why as the email should be deleted.
