Hey HughJarsse, we apologise to any customers who may have experienced difficulty logging in to their email accounts for a short period earlier this morning. We have now resolved this and email services are working normally. Cheers

Sorry to hear that you have been having an issue with your email and it has yet to be resolved, can you confirm for me what the exact error is when trying to get into your account, can you also confirm the last time you spoke to our team and what they had advised?

Mines not….have been having intermittent connection faults for about three months now.
have tried everything. Really sick of VM. Have 4 months of contract left, how can I get out of this mess?
