lost my email access again today following last weeks debacle.
VM's changing of their terms and conditions gives everyone a chance to leave their contract without penalty. i will be doing that.

Please give me more info on this i want to go to zen, i only stayed with VM as my family fereaked out about changing their email addresses.

deepagan If you are referring to Adrian Jacobs post about VM email addresses only being available for Virgin Media broadband customers then that is correct. Once you cease to be a VM broadband customer any associated VM email addresses should be deleted after 90 days. Webmail access will be withdrawn first followed by email client access.

Thanks i was aware of the email addresses going after closing an account but i was interested in a get out due to changed terms and conditions.
