Hello there, I appear to hitting the same issue with a virgin.net email I've had for 30+ years. I'm still a virginmedia broadband customer.
Any chance of similar support?
I have contacted customer support. Team via phone call were 'computer says no'. Team via webchat were 'there's no issue'.
