Yes is linked to bband acc. I go around in circles as any password I choose is unacceptable. Your VM email account is not available is what I get. Sorry but I am 86 and not very savvie, but appreciate your help?

Exactly the same experience. At the end of webchat the agents always say "Try it in 2 hours, it will all be fine." Do they believe this or is it to get rid of us? It is NOT fine. Desperate, frustrated, angry.
I am losing count now of the different passwords tried and failed. I have 2 sheets of A4 paper covered in notes, attempted logins, passwords (which always fail). Going round in circles. I spent most of yesterday and the day before on webchat with agents. I can see how today will go as well - that's if I can get through.
