Spotted some of our street equipment that's in need of some TLC? We know things can happen, and we're here to help put things right.

If you've noticed a problem with one of our street cabinets, cables or pits recently, we'd like the opportunity to put it right as quickly as possible. Just fill in the template below and post it as a comment, we'll let our team of engineers know so they can get things back to normal.

We've had every single utility company out trying to identify who this belongs to. Power, Water, Gas, CityFibre, Openreach and the Council have said its not theirs. However, after the council investigated, it appears to contain your cabelling. 

There has already been 2 accidents, one where someone tripped on it and smacked their head and another where a powered wheelchair got their wheel stuck. The condition of the box is worse than the photo shows so please ensure someone is sent out to this as an emergency.

Do posts only get removed once a cabinet has been repaired/cleaned up? I've posted about a graffiti-covered cabinet at roughly ///secret.congratulations.wizard twice and been given a thumbs-up/kudos both times, but nothing's happened and the posts have been removed. 

Is there anything else I can do except just repeatedly report the same cabinet?

Manhole cover - loud rocking as car pass, noise nuisance day and night disturbing residents

Description of damage: CATV Manhole cover damaged or sunken. Rocking as cars drive over causing a loud bang and noise nuisance.

M26 1JB, opposite 306 Stand Lane.

Description of damage:

Door pulled off completely, lying on the pavement. Trip hazard. All wires exposed, so anyone can access them. Fourth time in two years I've reported this. Need's a permanent proper repair, not a plastic strap.

this is at 5 Barlanark place, Glasgow, G33 4PS. The doors have completely broken off and are usually not in place leaving the wiring exposed

Access from NE37 2EG, Burgoyne Court.

- to the right of number 16 under the passage/flyer butress ....a public path

- through the subway under the road.

- on the right after the subway.

This was repair last year but the youths have smashed the metal tie.

Please note the door is rusted across 1 corner.  So even if resealed this rust could be kicked in.

You repaired the one in Burgoyne Court a few weeks back, which I reported.  Thanks for the prompt service and the metal fixings have done the trick.

30/04/2024 - Cab doors open.

Nearest house: 1 Elmfield Road, Alderley Edge, SK9 7PG - opposite Annis Road.

Unsecured cabinet (door loose) letting rain in, contains mains equipment.

Public electric shock hazard. Reported to Openreach who passed report to Virgin early April.  Reported today to Leicester City Council as a shock hazard.  

Postcode is LE3 1JW on Gooding Avenue outside United Play children's nursery.  It's a three minute job to put the door back on.  This needs to be fixed now.
