Compensation how long when a customer service family's rates taken off by oversees employees, backdate, I've only realised when I let wife take over as I'm seriously disabled , but credits overcharge lots of overpayment, can I get majority back?

I'm afraid, based on your post, we're not quite sure what's happened and what you need help with. It sounds as though you're questioning a credit that may have been applied to your account. If this is the case then you'd see this on your next bill and it would be taken off any billed amount.
