I am not paying a £25 call out charge just to get my tivo box fixed and even then still have a problem .Called overseas call centre and they said they would take it away as it was a mistake but guess what still showing. They were only interested in closing the complaint but hey it's not over. Re: New contract via Virgin Media app upgrades Is there another advisor available please, can't get a hold of Tom. Re: logging in Are you using a VPN? Re: New contract via Virgin Media app upgrades Anyone available to help with this plaease Re: Impossible to Cancel Virgin Media - vulnerable person's account Wow, this is shocking. Re: Virgin Media refusing to honour new contract That's what I think they are trying to do to me, I got the email saying all as was getting at a certain price, same wording as yours. Now thet are trying charge me something completely different. I I isn't going to happen I will see them in court first. New contract via Virgin Media app upgrades Anyone else had a problem with this.Upgraded via the app after being offered upgrades because we are near the end of our contract. That was the 18th of last month and now been sent an email saying we would be paying £30more a month for the exact same service we have now.Phoned VM customer service and was met with apathy, they just said can you prove it. Unlucky for them I can as I have the original pre contract email but surely VM can check thier own emails.Long story short , I still don't have my speed upgrade or my o2 sim, raging as I told my other company I was leaving an o2 now have my number. This one is going to ofgem as Iam tired of VM trying to rip me off every 18 months. Iam a customer of over twenty years and can honestly say the company is getting worse not better. Re: Replacement outside box cover Mine is held together with a potted plant leaning against it. Been like that for fifteen years, vm not interested though. Re: Change contract in app Thank you, it does show an upgraded price but I wasn't so sure.Being a customer for over twenty years I was always told if you change the package you will lose any discount but everything seems to be changing now.I can't get through on the phone anymore. Thanks for your reply I appreciate it. Re: Change contract in app Can anyone help with this, I don't want my bill to shoot up to the original price.
