Moving to ultimate volt in next few days. Have had my v6 box a few years and no icon showing to upgrade to 360, also nothing in apps. Will this appear near to upgrade date or do i need a new v6 box with software bulit in?
Since migration to Vodafone i have lost signal in my area ST12. Get good signal when in other areas. Unless provider can correct this yhen i will have no o0tion but to cancel my two sim card contracts and vhoose another network provider.
Totally frustrated by this. Sim card only 3 weeks old. Sim card updates aitomatically and since this has been happening i have lost mobile signal completely.

Yes done that sim card now updating which was the case yesterday started at approx 10am and was still going 12 hours later. I have been into town this morning and get a full signal.Can you check with vodafone if they have network issues in ST12 area
