Can you please let me know how I arrange a technician visit to enable the phone socket so nothing needs to be moved?Can't see anything on the web pages to do this?

Thanks for your help goslow - will see if they can sort the existing set-up, as not wanting to move either the router (as set up by my pc) or move the main phone.
