Mobile Bill Not Updating

Hey all!  My virgin mobile bill has not been updated (cannot access any bill since August 2021), page won't show any bill after that date.  DD comes out every month but I have no idea about spend.  Any ideas on getting a bill?

V6 remote Mute button intermittent

Suddenly my V6 remote Mute button is taking 3, 4, 5 presses to mute sound.   Changed the batteries, Re-set the remote, reconnected with the box but still the same.  Noticed someone else had a similar problem with a Tivo and they got a new remote sent...
