When I was sold my package Disney plus subscription was included free. Why am I being charged on my bill? £7.99 for Disney?

Possibly, the same as myself.  DISNEY+ was free for only 6 months, after that time you would be billed.  Dud you go into O2 and cancel automatic renewal?
