Volt o2 has taken me from 5g down to 3g and 1.5Mbps!!!

I have just been moved to O2 today, was quite happy on the Oomph contract and was made to move over to Volt due to renewal. Ive now gone from 5G down to 3G and 1.5Mbs on O2 for £25.

Sorry to hear of the service issues you're experiencing with O2.

You may need to manually change from 3G to 5G on your handset, have you possibly attempted this?

If so, it may be worth seeing if the issues persist with the sim in a different handset, and in alternative location also.

• No wasnt that just a poor service in my area. Went to smarty and I’m back on 4/5g now and only £5 a month for 8gb
