Volt not kicked in...

On the 18th of April I rang Virgin Media to change my existing package to one including Volt, The O2 side of things went great, couple days later the new sims arrived, had double data, all good there.

However the Virgin Media side of things not so much... I changed the TV package, Phone package but left the Broadband as that was to be boosted to the next level as part of the Volt Package. It is now over 3 weeks later, nothing has changed and I havent received the 3 free WiFi Pods/Extenders that I was told would be sent out to us.

Whats going on?

I am very sorry to hear you have not received your Volt benefits since making the changes. I would be happy to look into this further for you.
