Volt not applied VM

Hello folks, 

Have virgin boardband for 3+ years, and recently signed up with O2 pay monthly sim.

It seems the benifit never get applied to my VM account. I'm currently on M200. 

What can I do on this?

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your Volt Benefits since taking out your O2 SIM. Please be aware that it can take up to 14 days for them to be applied. However, I'm going to send you a private message so we can assist you further.

Please look out for it in the top-right, in the purple envelope.
