Volt benefits not applied

It has been over 2 week now and the volt benefits for our WiFi speed have still not activated. The volt benefits for the O2 plan have gone without any trouble but we are still waiting on the Virgin Media. I've on some other posts that it sometimes has to be done manually. If someone could help that would be great. Thanks.
