Hi all,
Just recently joined O2 on a SIM only deal and already had VM for 250mb broadband.
Recently my VOLT benefits have been 'activated' and I managed to get double data on the O2 SIM. I haven't heard anything from VM about the broadband boost so tried speaking to an agent on live chat and he insisted that there is no such deal and I'm already on the fastest speeds in the area when I'm clearly not! What should I do next???

Sorry to hear that you have not has communication of your Volt benefit at our side. Can you see on your most recent bill if you have a package change to a VOLT speed at all or if your broadband package says VOLT under your package details/breakdown.
You can see your bills via your online account either through the website or on the My Virgin Media App.
