Volt Benefits not added

Been with VM for years on M350 at the moment (quad play pack with tv, phone, broadband, mobile)

Took out another o2 pay monthly contract and was hoping that volt would apply - so far nothing, waiting 14 days logged with o2 support - they said it was passed to "a department" and waiting email said to wait another 14 days but been 9 so far and still nothing. Anyone else had a similar experience and got it sorted? Both o2 sim and broadband have not been upped as of yet and no contact about anything.

Sorry to hear that your Volt benefits have not been added yet.  Can you advise how you applied for Volt? Did you do it through your O2 online account, through an O2 agent or was this part of a package change with us?
