Volt BB Speed Activation

Hi,

I have have called VM multiple times regarding the Volt speed upgrade and keep being promised it has been applied and should be active in a couple of hours(this was yesterday), and still nothing..

I have been an O2 customer for many years - and recently got M500 broadband activated on 10th Dec after 6 months of delays. 

I just need the BB Volt speed upgrade from M500 > 1GB

Can anyone help please? 

- Volt activated and applied to O2 sim since May(via My O2 app). All is fine from O2 side

- MyO2 account and VM account same account holder name and address

- Waited the 14 days+ and still not active

- Checked router status and still showing M500 speed

Any help would be appreciated.

did this get resolved pal, also im same position, activated 02 end no issues but after many whatsapp phone calls and even here no one can still get me the speed increase. 

Not yet, it is still on going 😞

I thought it would be a simple change but looking at other posts I can see it can be challenging.
