Hello,
As mentioned in the subject I have recently upgraded my package to the Bigger Volt Gig1 package. I received an order confirmation stating that the estimated activation date would be 08/10/2022 but have yet to receive any further information/updates on the progress and cannot get through to customer services via live chat to query.
Is anyone able to provide any information of estimated timescales or sources of updates for progress of activation?

Can we ask how you upgraded your package? Was this online or over the phone with an agent?
