Hi all.
I have recently upgraded to ultimate volt. I am trying to upgrade to Netflix premium, can do so via Netflix.com & via virgin on 150 ( my virgin app will not allow upgrade due to tech issue!!!!).
Upgrade will only last few mins then get email from Netflix saying back to standard please contact virgin.
Have spoken to both many times each saying to contact the other, can anyone offer any help or advice please.

Sorry to se that you have been having issues with the Netflix upgrade. I can certainly understand the frustration with this. It certainly sounds like something that can be sent to the support team for further investigation.
