Upgrade from oomph 500 to m600 not 1 gig?

Hi

I used to be on Ultimate Oomph 500 and was converted to Ultimate Volt, it shows on my account that an upgrade was applied to M600 but I thought the upgrade was to 1gig where available?

It is great to hear you have taken advantage of the Volt benefits 🙂 With the speed upgrade, you will be changed on to the next available broadband level (dependant on the area).

From what you have advised, the 600Mb would be the next level available to you.
