I went through a Volt upgrade today (6th May) and not sure on a couple of things.
The emails from O2 had the wrong name assigned. Do I contact O2 for this or Virgin?
When should I receive notification my Virgin account has been updated? So far no communication.
I would call Virgin but can't get through so any opinions/help would be great.

You need to contact O2 to change details held by them
Volt benefits can take up to 14 days, but usually quicker.

Thanks for the answer on contacting O2.
Just another question. Volt is only available if I take the O2 sim? I don’t actually need it but was made out I couldn’t get the deal without it.

Volt benefits are only available if you take the sim, however VM do still sell packages without the volt sim.
When regrading you have 14 days to change your mind.

Volt benefits are available with any O2 monthly SIM but Virgin push the ultimate package with the most expensive SIM O2 offer.
