I logged into my virgin media account to see that I have been given a Volt upgrade even though I am not an o2 pay monthly customer. My bill is going up my £10, even though I'm not an o2 pay monthly customer with them. I received no email or notification this was happening, this just happened automatically. How do I get this corrected?
